"The response was greater than expected. The situation was carefully explained with extensive views and photos. Alternatives were offered to try to mitigate the expense. Because insurance compensation was in doubt, alternatives were considered and discussed. We decided to gut the entire shower; remove the jacuzzi and go for a spa like design. "Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."

"We had Ferguson Home Improvements return to our home to paint our sons bedroom and install a ceiling fan.  The room was a 12 x 12 room and our son had been in there as a baby.  So you could imagine the holes from posters, pictures, and just wear and tear. I had already purchased the supplies with the intention of doing this job my self but just could not find the time so we asked them to give us and estimate.  Mr. Ferguson came in and told us sense we had all the materials he would do the room for $2 a square foot and hang our ceiling fan for $125.00.  So for $420.00 they went through made all the walls perfect fixed all the nail pops and holes from the posters and pictures and repainted all the walls.  I thought it was a great deal.  The room came out just awesome we will have them back to do more at our house.  Again thank you so much Ferguson Home Improvements.
