"We hired Bradley Construction LLC to complete our basement renovation. The renovation entailed adding a laundry room, full bathroom, framing the basement, and everything that goes along with that. We worked through the design with Terry Bradley, Kim Bradley, and a couple of their subcontractors to get everything just right. This design and quoting process was smooth and ensured everyone was aligned. Once the project kicked off we worked with Kim Bradley as Project Manager. Kim is extremely thorough, dedicated, and was our biggest ally through the project. Kim ensured that all the subcontractors showed up as needed to keep the project on schedule and that everyone completed their work per the plan and at a high level. During the project a couple mistakes were made and without fail Kim picked up the phone and immediately made things right. Kim, Terry, Brian, Glen, and all the folks at Bradley have been a pleasure to work with. It's refreshing to find a true trustworthy professional."

The initial process was different then I had seen before with me going over the scope of work with a project manager on the phone and me sending pictures of the rooms and spaces that would be remodeled. Robert showed up early which was a pleasant surprise as most companies get there when they want. We eventually signed after a price was given. The billing process was simple. And several people from the company checked in with me each week to ensure we were happy and things were going good. A date was set to begin the demo and the project. "We have been renovating and flipping houses for more than 30 years, and we have never been as impressed with the contracting firm as we are with Villatoro Construction. At the end of our renovation, there wasn't an area of our house that wasn't touched in some way. They were consistently the best. They were able to start work quickly, showed up as promised, and worked full days. They paid so much attention to detail, ensuring that everything was perfect. They were as invested as we were in ensuring that our home looked amazing. "Tremendous Work and Great People My wife and I chose Bradley Construction to build our Four Seasons Room based on some things we happened to see on the internet. Mark Crosby, project manager, came out to see what we wanted done and how we wanted it be designed. He and Terry Bradley, owner, came back and discussed the project with us and made great suggestions about how they would design the addition. We were quite pleased with their suggestions and asked for their bid. In a matter of days the bid arrived and we were quite comfortable with the projected cost. Bradley Construction was ready to begin the project inside of a month. Bringing a front end loader in to do preparatory work made us a little uneasy about the damage that would be done to the rest of our yard. Remarkably, the work was done with very little impact on the yard. Work began immediately and progressed smoothly. All the folks were nice and quite skilled with the work they did. During this process Mark Crosby was always around making sure things were down according to our wishes. Anytime something out of the ordinary arose, Mark would talk with us and offer suggestions about what we might choose. As the build progressed, Mark would let us know what and when we had to make choices dealing with color, flooring, and fans. The only slow down in the build was our choice of window manufacturer. The room was ready for the windows but it took some time for the window company to have windows readied and installed. Otherwise, the project was completed and the room is beautiful. We find we spend more time in this room than the rest of our house! Thanks Bradley Construction for the terrific work you did for us."

"We are thrilled with our recent bathroom remodel. We had our builder-grade tub converted to a walk in shower, with new tile, fixtures, and hardware throughout the bathroom. Clinton did a fantastic job listening to what we wanted and walking us through every option and decision. The entire team did a great job executing our vision. The quality and attention to detail were stellar. To mention some minor cons, our initial experience with the sales team was frustrating, and we would have preferred to communicate directly with the project manager much earlier in the process. The job also ended up taking significantly longer than expected, but this was mostly due to unanticipated structural issues. The final product was worth these issues.
