He changed out all drawer and cabinet hinges to soft close and swapped all pulls. He was honest with what was possible and always delivered. He has an eye for detail and we trust him. The initial process was different then I had seen before with me going over the scope of work with a project manager on the phone and me sending pictures of the rooms and spaces that would be remodeled. "Orlando and his team went above and beyond! During any remodel project there are normally unforeseen things that come up or things that you would like to add on or incorporate into the project. They were quick to adapt and more than happy to accommodate and offer potential solutions or ideas to improve upon what we originally discussed. We began this project 1,000 miles away. We had never met Orlando, but were impressed with our initial conversation over the phone. He was the only one that went out to our home and gave us an estimate. What sold us was he said he was going to treat our project/home just like it was his. He started the project and kept us posted along the way. After 10 long days we were able to finally get to meet Orlando and his team and see our remodeled house for the first time. Needless to say we were impressed! "We hired Villatoros to remove our old deck and replace it with a 24' x 22' screened in porch with a new porch roof built into our existing roof. It is now where we spend the most time during the Spring, Summer and Fall. The quality of their work was very impressive. Our neighbors all say it looks like something out of a Southern Living magazine. It turned out well beyond our original expectations. This was a very big home project for us. We read some positive reviews, but we didnâ t have any firsthand experience with Villatoros. We started out small with them just adding a new roof structure over our old deck because we were having our whole roof reshingled for hail damage by a roofer selected by our insurance company. That was such a positive experience that we next asked them to remove the old deck and build a new larger deck with a concrete slab under it. As that work was being done, we felt really good about having selected them. We expanded the project to include finishing the inside of the porch, adding the screening, expanding the uncovered deck area, adding a skirt around the bottom of the deck and building a shed roof on the side of the house. They handled all of the necessary permitting and inspections from beginning to end. Multiple crews worked on various parts of the project. They would arrive first thing in the morning and work until the end of the day. Over the weeks a couple of days were interrupted by material delays. They were very good about letting us know if the crew would not be out on a particular day. A couple of times we expressed concerns about how some part of the work was being done or changes that we wanted to make. They openly discussed our concerns, stopped the area of work and redid it to more than our satisfaction. When discussing changes, they shared alternatives and adjusted the project to include our alterations. We always felt very comfortable talking with the teams about the work they were doing, the work that was planned next and any changes we were thinking about. Their experience on prior projects was also very helpful in coaching us on possible changes we were thinking about. We found the owner, project leader and all of the team members very professional. We had feared trusting this project to some local 3 guys and a truck crew or some large new home builder less interested in our porch addition. We absolutely recommend them and plan to use them again this Fall for another major home improvement project."

"We hired Bradley Construction LLC to complete our basement renovation. The renovation entailed adding a laundry room, full bathroom, framing the basement, and everything that goes along with that. We worked through the design with Terry Bradley, Kim Bradley, and a couple of their subcontractors to get everything just right. This design and quoting process was smooth and ensured everyone was aligned. Once the project kicked off we worked with Kim Bradley as Project Manager. Kim is extremely thorough, dedicated, and was our biggest ally through the project. Kim ensured that all the subcontractors showed up as needed to keep the project on schedule and that everyone completed their work per the plan and at a high level. During the project a couple mistakes were made and without fail Kim picked up the phone and immediately made things right. Kim, Terry, Brian, Glen, and all the folks at Bradley have been a pleasure to work with. It's refreshing to find a true trustworthy professional."

"We had our bathroom remodeled (mold issues) and reworked to have a door added to a bedroom that they made by taking out a load-bearing wall between 2 bedrooms. They added a large beam to replace the wall. Added lights and fans and a new walk in closet. Work was expected to take 4 to 6 weeks but was done in 3. New bathroom fixtures, flooring, lights fans and paint. They worked hard and were professional and friendly. Very pretty. Well done."
