"I saw the consistently high ratings on Angie's List for this contractor and decided to give them a call. My first contact was with the general manager, Anthony Barrera. He responded promptly to my request for a bid and arranged to come out to examine the job. Anthony and owner Jorge Lazo arrived on the same day a new roof was being installed. Jorge suggested that I may want to consider having the new fascia wood painted before the gutters were installed. This was an excellent idea; however, I skipped that step because I forgot I had already arranged for the fascia to be capped. I received the quote for the job the next day. I usually get 3 quotes for a job this size; in this case I went with my gut instinct that this contractor would do what they said they would do.  The job was originally scheduled for about 2 weeks later; fortunately, they were able to move the job up. Jorge and the team arrived about 7 a.m. to do the scraping, caulking, priming, and painting. I  had an additional request at the last minute  for them to do extra caulking around the house to seal in all entrances where the brick and wood met. I've had trouble with squirrels and a bat entering the home, and was advised by an animal trapping service to do this extra step. Jorge listened to my concerns and was willing to provide this service and trim part of a tree that I thought would interfere with the painter's access to an area. The additional fee of $150 was reasonable. When I arrived back home from work, I saw what a beautiful job they did (including their clean up). Their work put a smile on my face.  Anthony was my point of contact throughout the project and provided high quality customer service. Whenever I had a question or concern, he responded promptly.  He even came out to inspect the work himself. This was a very pleasant experience overall.  I look forward to when I can call them again to do interior work.  I highly recommend George's Painting, Inc."

Mr. Nooney came to look at the problem within two days of our first contact. He discussed
all the possible causes, and said he would not be able to determine exactly how
much work was needed until he began the work. He scheduled us for just over one
week later.
 
He and his crew arrived as promised and began to investigate two potential trouble spots.  One area was benign while the second required attention.  The roofing around fireplace chimney was improperly installed.  Jon and
his crew diagnosed the problem, installed new flashing and replaced both the tar paper and shingles in the affected area.
