"I have used George's Painting in the past and have been completely satisfied. The only part of the estimate process that needs work is the email request through Angie's List. We played email tag a bit before I started calling which was much quicker in responses. Anyway, he came to the house, looked it over, discussed with me his thoughts on what needed to be done and prepared an estimate. After accepting the estimate, a few days later, we discussed the start week and potentially how long it might take. The team showed up bright and early the expected day and began with power washing the exterior. The first day was spent mainly preparing for the painting and repairing the bay window and removing the security gate in the back which was more difficult than expected. George discussed the difficulty with this and we discussed and came to an agreed upon additional amount as this was an unexpected tough job. The second day, the team again arrived early and began the painting. They finished up by the end of the day and George returned to walk around with me to make sure I was satisfied, which I was.

The only thing that would have made it better, was if I knew the step by step process they were planning ahead of time. However, I considered this minor.
