"We thought we made an appointment with happy handy man to come out and fix our sliding glass doors. There was a discrepancy with the date and they never sent any kind of reminder…..text , call or email and then the next thing I know is there is a message on my phone one day that they were going to come out but because they could not reach us the appointment was cancelled and since I did not cancel the appointment myself I would have to pay a $75.00 service fee! The problem is how do you cancel an appointment from two years in the past ? I will send you the confirmation email they sent for the appointment! Problem is the appointment email confirmation is from 2 years ago and I did not use them then either because the handyman they sent could not do the job and he said exactly that so we did not hire him/them two years ago either!"

Technicians Andrew and Eric did a great job replacing the pipes, fastening them, replacing the valves, etc. They were very dedicated and worked through day and night in the cramped crawl space. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Bryan Duke was the only one who took the time to fully understand my needs and proposed the correct solution. Had to replace an older wooden window measuring 6 pains by 6 pains or about 72" by 75" inside the window frame. Note: You can not get this type of window any more. So Bryan had to custom design a window which will look like the orginal window so it will blend in with the other windows on the house. Bryan did just that. Bryan was very professional, did quality work and I was very please with the results. I would highly recommend Bryan to anyone."
