"Overall, it went well. This project involved not only the sump pump drains, but also improvements to downspouts drainage and adding a drain to an area of our backyard where water runs off a hill. It involved removing rocks from a landscaped dry creek drainage area and placing a large drain pipe to handle the volume of water from both the sump pump and the hillside. When I advised them that the end of the drainage pipe at the street was not placed in the best location, the owner of the company came out and found a good solution and the staff corrected the problem very promptly. The owner assured me he would make sure we were completely satisfied with their work, and he made sure that happened.
Prior to the project beginning, the owner offered to meet with our next door neighbor to discuss what they would be doing, since the work was at the border of our yards and slightly impacted his yard..
We have used this company a number of times in the past couple of years and are satisfied with their performance. We will continue to use them in the future.

They initially came to unclog a blockage ($99 charge) and attempted to unclog it for 2+ hours before they realized it might be a bigger issue. Because they did not solve the issue they did not charge me for that initial visit and came back with a camera to diagnose the issue, which was a collapsed sewer line. "I went to their shop to look around at some of their sample kitchens and spoke with Josh to book the measuring appointment. When Josh and the owner, Dave, came out to do the measuring, they took their time & we talked through some of the possible layouts. They also looked at ways to take the cabinets that were coming out and install them in my laundry room.
They knew they could match the design of my existing cabinets, but felt it would be best to do contrasting color on the new cabinets.  Since the new ones were in an island and on another wall, this was a possibility.  I decided I wanted all the wall cabinets to match, so they looked at two options1) a custom color match for the new wall cabinets and 2) new cabinets for the whole kitchen in a stock color. They felt I could get a whole new kitchen for less, so that is what I had them quote.
Josh did an initial layout & then I went back to the shop and spent some time with him at the computer working through additional options and tweaking the design, picking crown moulding etc. This step is so important, it allows you to try new options and only takes a couple minutes per change.  Much better to do it on the screen, than after you've ordered the cabinets!  Once we were done, I had my quote and I knew exactly what my new kitchen would look like. Removal & installation cost was all included, unlike some companies. They also offered to get a countertop and sink quote for me, which they had in about 2 days. 
They have a number of different cabinet lines and were very conscious of getting me the best price based on the features and finishes I wanted. They were great to work with and being able to work the design at the computer and get instant results is priceless.
In the end, since I was trying to match my existing cabinets, I had a cabinet maker construct custom pieces.  If I was doing a full kitchen or bath, I definitley would have gone with Limpus.  Of the three quotes I received for a whole new kitchen, Limpus had the best price and felt they would definitely be the best to work with."
