"The job was clean, timely, and efficient.  I was glad to find a local small business to send the work to.  I would recommend them again for sure.  My only regret is that we waited 5 years to call them!  I can't believe how much difference having a water softner makes!  
I also have to say that I had had several estimates done the year before and their cost was right in the middle or on less expensive end of all the estimates - not so cheap that you wondered about the quality of the work that would be done or the quality of the softner that would be installed, but not so expensive that you thought you were getting taken advantage of.  The price was exactly right where I was hoping it would be.

"I had called Andrew previous to the installation because I wanted to know about the new water heater; how well it was insulated, would it heat  cycle  less often than my 30+ year old heater, thus saving gas and would the pilot be easier to light than the old one, which required literally getting down on the cold, basement floor to light it.  All my concerns were answered  with professionalism and respect.
Andy was a very professional person/plumber/installer. He and I had a pleasant conversation throughout the installation process as I learned more about the process and my new water heater.  We even talked about soldering copper pipes, something I learned about doing many years ago, but which there was no need to do thanks to modern plumbing connections.  Watching Andy, who is a strong young man, haul the old water heater up the 9 steps to my garage and out to the truck where he would carry it away for disposal, made me even more thankful I/we had decided to replace it, it must have weighted close to three hundred pounds!
Andy was very professional and cleaned up any and all mess left after the installation, including wiping up spilled water from the pipes off of the new water heater, The install was estimated to take two hours but from arrival to departure took slightly over 90 minutes.  Very efficient.

"After the buyer of our house got the inspection report back, I called Service Works to have my water heater replaced. During the call I found that they could complete the other stuff I needed done as well! They replaced our water heater, 4 windows around the house and replaced our back door. I don?t know if the timing was perfect but they were able to come out that weekend and completed everything. They ran a magnet after to get any nails that had fallen and cleaned up everything. The owner Kameron was great to work with and I can not thank these guys enough. 10/10 would recommend this crew and will be using them in the future as well!!!"

"We had a new furnace installed and paid the heating contractor to install a new flue liner. Firewater was the subcontractor who was hired to perform the flue liner installation. After our furnace was installed, we were told we would be contacted by Firewater to schedule the flu liner install. It took Firewater nearly a month to call and schedule the appointment, and this only happened after we called the heating contractor to complain twice. They did apologize for not getting to us sooner, and it was during the holiday. However, I feel they could have been more prompt in calling to set up a time. Originally, they scheduled to come out between 10 and 12. The day before they called to see if they could come earlier, and so we moved the appointment to between 8 and 9. They finally showed up around 10:15. This was not a huge problem, since someone was home all day, but again, not very professional. Overall, I believe the work they did was good."

"Amazing! John and Mauro did a fantastic job with my home. The project consisted of remodeling a Kitchen, entryway, living room and dining room, moving walls, taking walls down, making the kitchen and entryway larger, painting, installing new cabinets, new tile floors, tile backs plash, custom lighting throughout, refinishing wood floors and more. They essentially did a complete remodel of 1/3, maybe  more of my home.The transformation was nothing short of incredible. I will post before and after pictures soon. Thanks Again!
