Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, my father had work done that ended up being a total disaster and the company even admitted that the person who they hired to do the work sabotaged the install AND had done it to others in the area before he was terminated. We are now 6 months into this nonsense and still waiting for it to be completed. My father has advanced dementia and brain cancer and this clown company has given him nothing but a run around, I guess hoping he will just pass on and this will go away. Sad that this company has allowed this to go on, but it appears that maybe Cody in the Charlotte office needs to be taught a lesson. I'll let you guys figure that out on your end, but in the meantime please stop preying on the elderly"
