"I found Brian Devey through a neighbor of mine that had a project done and he couldn't say enough good things about his work. I knew what the costs were going to be before the work was started and there were no surprises. Brian showed up when he said he was going to and his subcontractors showed up on time and on schedule. My project was extensive. It included a basement addition, which was to be my new laundry room, with a ground floor wall pushed out half the width of the new basement which meant I needed a heavy-duty steel beam for the new wall to sit on with concrete covering the rest and a deck on top of that. The next phase was a wraparound covered deck, new windows, new siding, new roof, and a custom kitchen. We also tore out an interior wall to make a kitchen great room. Brian handled all the permits and the appropriate inspections. I didn't have to do a thing, except pick the colors, which wasn't an easy task. He even helped me with that. We are very happy with the results."

"Great experience dealing with Revision Kitchen and Bath. They gave us a fair price, literally half that of other companies like ReBath and did a great job with the installation. They had some sicknesses with their employees and so that delayed the install a bit but we're very responsive and communicated well and we're even willing to come outside buissnes hours if needed so we could have our new shower and bath. If you want a quality professional bathroom remodel they are a great choice."

"Timeless Pools review Tom and Cindy did an amazing job with our backyard. We had an existing pool, so this was more complex than a new build. They were very willing to listen to our ideas but also made suggestions when their experience pointed them in a slightly different direction than we had initially envisioned. The planning phases were extremely fast, and they handled all the permitting with the city directly. We had their cell phone numbers and they kept us in the loop constantly during the entire process. During the initial faces, we selected coping and tile, and Tom was present to give us some guidance on cost and additional options. Once we started construction, everything was very transparent. They were willing to work around any scheduling issues we had and we got to know the workers that were at our site. Having consistent teams made my wife more comfortable as we had a number of days when she was alone with our two young kids, and seeing the same people Was reassuring We built during early 2023, and the massive rains made for a number of days where workers came and re-excavated from runoff or placed and removed tarps to prevent excessive erosion. This was all done with an eye on the weather and they were prepared for everything Mother Nature threw our way that winter. As we moved into finishing, they kept us informed of every step and the timing to expect. Once we filled the oool, they focused on the pool deck and made sure that every seam and joint was up to the standards. After a couple months of use, they re-connected with us and checked on any details we may have missed during the construction and finishing processes. I give their entire team an enthusiastic 5-stars. They probably won’t be the cheapest bid, but there were clear expectations and there were zero “extras” once we had all the materials selected. At no point did we feel like they were sneaky or trying to charge us for something unexpected. Our pool is beautiful, everything works exactly as expected and we have had endless compliments from everyone that has come to enjoy it. "I hired Bryant Construction to do a complete basement finish on our new home. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Not only is the finished product beautiful, but the quality is so good that it makes me wish they built the entire house. We absolutely love the space and are down there frequently. Another great benefit we received while working with Bryant Constructions is the partnership with them to ensure the best possible outcome. During the initial rough out work they noticed the plumbing in the basement wasn't done correctly. The slope for the toilet was too shallow which would cause enormous problems in the future. Most companies would have just overlooked this and moved on. Not only did Bryant call this issue out, but he was pivotal in the resolution. Providing great feedback and guidance, but also working directly with the home builder's plumber to ensure the issue was fixed correctly. Unfortunately, it wasn't fixed correctly by that particular plumber nor was the issue caught by the inspector for a second time after the 'fix' was completed. Knowing this would be a problem down the road, and not wanting to allow this issue to persist, one of Bryant's folks (Jeff) came up with a solution. They discussed it with us and then instituted it with our approval. It was so great that Bryant and his team had our back. Lastly, Bryant and his team are exceptional to work with. Not only are they professional and do fantastic work, but they are all great people and we felt like they always had our best interests in mind. I'd like to specifically call out Jeff in particular. I got to know him a bit while he was working in the basement. What a great person! And then there's Bryant himself. Thank you for making this huge project so easy and for always looking out for us."
