I called Manwill Plumbing and was lucky enough to get a technician to come around to look at it on a Sunday for a $50, plus the diagnostic fee. He found the problem quickly - I needed a replacement blower motor and wheel. He explained the issue thoroughly along with what the fix would entail. Then he broke the bad news - they didn't have parts on hand and would have to order them. He apologized and promised Manwill would get them in as quickly as possible and he'd come back to install asap. Given the age of the air conditioner (and previous repairs for it), i was not surprised that the parts would need to be ordered.
