"It was a big job, and the price was fair. They did a thorough job of prepping every area: moving furniture, protecting every surface with plastic or paper, well taped and sealed. They sprayed the ceilings and baseboards, and did the walls, doors and other trim with roller and brush. The men were all polite and friendly, and did good work. However, despite all the prep work, I've been finding splatters and spills in nearly every room--small and easy to clean up, but more than I would have expected. I also neglected to ask them to remove nails from the walls, so they painted over them all--though they cheerfully went back and touched up the spots I asked them to."

They are very all inclusive painting experts, they do inside and outside. They are great with stains, they have painted my garage doors and fences. I use them for everything. He is easy to work with, gets the job done right, knows to ask the right questions. His people are very prompt and respectful, they always clean up after themselves."

"I bought the Big Deal which was just for a single top coat to reseal the deck surface.  However, my deck was in a little bit worse shape than the deal allowed.  However, Ryan was awesome and added in sanding and then did the reseal for no additional charge.  The surface is not perfect but that is due to the rough pre-condition it was in and not his fault.  Shortly after the reseal the deck drains started leaking in to the garage below.  Ryan and crew came out again to fix the drain at no additional cost.  Again, this was not in the deal I bought but they provide such great customer service.  I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "Val-Arm came out to my house on short notice and provided an accurate quote to restore the concrete on my driveway, my porch, and the walkway around the front of my home. The house is for sale and they were able to scheduling me quickly and work around a couple of showings. There workers were very professional and answered all of my questions.
The work itself is absolutely stunning. I had no idea that my cracked concrete could be made to look so amazing without replacing everything. Their process is fairly simple in that they make cuts into the concrete, fill large cracks, grind any rough spots, power wash, then stain the concrete. The final result looks like custom concrete paving slabs or concrete stamps.

He came to the house and examined everything and gave me an explanation of what he was going to do and how the job was done and who does good work and who does bad work. His estimate was for $3,000. He seems like a very professional and knowledgeable person, and I assume that he is, but his price was just too expensive for me. It was a good experience. It went good. Everything went perfect. He was very professional and I have no complaints about him or anything, and it was just the price. He was on time. I would use him in the future, considering his prices."
