"overall good. All these guys worked very hard to get it done. When hiring a waterproofing company to waterproof a basement I would expect the company to fix any water issues coming into the basement that was uncovered during the process. When we tore sheetrock off the basement wall in one corner we seen a water issue letting water to come in to the bedroom. One guy told us that it was above his pay grade. We had to go thru 2 different handymen before we got it resolved. Again you all advertise waterproofing basements with a lifetime warranty. Other than that your people worked hard to complete our job so please let them know. Thanks."

"professional job, prompt, did everything well. Passow Remodeling has some astounding customer service!! I needed to touch up the ceiling that they had removed popcorn and painted a few years ago for me, but I could not for the life of me find a paint that matched. One phone call to them, and Ryan not only figured out which paint it was, but he also managed to find it for me (it has been discontinued) and gave me enough paint to do my touch-up. I don't know about anyone else, but I have not had customer service like this for years!!! They did not have to do anything, but they went out of their way to make it right for me.
