"Our home was damaged by some spring storms and our insurance company said we were entitled to a new roof and siding. This can be a daunting task, who do you call? I saw Green Valley Roofing Siding & Windows online and I decided to email them about bids. From the very beginning I could tell customer service was a high priority for Green Valley. Maria answered my email the same afternoon and we got the ball rolling. We set an appointment and Scott came out and helped us through the process of picking shingles and siding. He didn’t rush us and answered any questions we had in a friendly and informed manner. We received the bids and got the roof scheduled. So far, so good! The roofing crew came out and did an excellent job and kept things cleaned up at the end of the day! Having a roof done can be intrusive, but they made it as painless as possible! Next we moved on to the siding, they kept things moving right along and it was barely intrusive for a major construction project. Both of the crews were friendly and any time we had questions they were more than willing to talk to us. Any other concerns or questions we had were taken care of by Maria or Scott and they would answer very quickly! My wife and I felt like they took care of us just as if we were members of their family, a very rare attitude in 2023! We couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish everyone working for Green Valley was top notch! The new roof and siding looks awesome! "I received a phone call within 48 hrs. Technician came out to give estimate within 24 hrs. Technician even temporarily patched area of metal roof (ridge cap) where hole was after hail/wind storm. Very reasonable price. The 2 men were considerate, polite, timely and professional. I did secure materials to fix ridge cap which they professionally installed. I would highly recommend them. "Unlike the other estimate we got, Tim, the owner of the company came and met with me in person. I was impressed from the beginning with the clear explanations he gave about what type of roof replacement we needed (we have part shingle and part rubber roof) and why. We'd also had some gutter issues in the past, and he and his gutter expert worked with me to be sure we had chosen the best option. The roof / gutter replacements themselves went off without a hitch. What impressed me most about this company, however, was the excellent follow-up service. We had the bad luck to discover high radon levels in the house shortly after replacing our roof, and Tim went out of his way to consult with the radon mitigation company about the types and installation of the two roof vents their workmen needed to install (one through a shingled part, another through one of the sections of rubber roof). How was an average homeowner like me supposed to know that both vents were initially installed either incorrectly or not in the most recommended way (by the other company)? Tim worked with the other company to get the problems corrected. He did not ask for any further compensation for all the consulting, and the local roofers the other company hired to do the work all agreed with Tim's assessment. Great experience!"

"They arrived on time at 8:00am and completed tearing off and replacing the roof before 1:00pm.  I was very happy with the service.  They completely covered everything around the house before they started and cleaned up at the end.  The roof looks very good and have had no problems since the install.  The owner came back about 1 week later just to check I was having no problems.  Very good service and would highly recommend this business.

"It went very well....They did my house and garage ....they were very professional and honest..did a fantastic job....cleaned all of their mess and very respectful...The roof on my house needed lots of prep work because it had several areas of rotted wood, no problem for Tad and his crew they fixed all of it, I would highly recommend this company!"

"Mike was prompt, efficient and professional during the estimate phase. He was very accomodating as it took a bit to secure the funds. When we were ready, he provided an approximate date to begin and end the work. His roofing crew was friendly, professional and hard-working. They listened to any questions I had and tried to accommodate us. Mike was in communication every day of the project and very interested in making sure we were completely satisfied. Because of the size of the roof, it became a two-day project and Mike was apologetic. We never considered it a problem and the crew started before 7:00 am every morning. There were a few extra things provided by Mike and his crew, some tree trimming, a couple of nails tidying up a sagging garage door and a little extra cleanup around the house.
