This entire job was completed in four days. They came back twice to fix two little painting spots I needed fixed and did so without complaint. My next home projects are already in the planning process with Woodworxâ s. The entire crew was polite, professional, and on time every day. I was kept updated with progress, and with any information that needed to be relayed back to me, was done so in a timely manner, so that I could make a decision as to which way to go. "After sustaining tornado damage to our cabin roof in May, we contracted with RRG Roofing. The contract stated specific structural carpentry work to be done to repair damage. RRG requested, and was given, more money over and above the original adjuster's estimate to cover this damaged area. However, the RRG "carpentry", and I use the term loosely, was substandard and would never have passed an inspection. (RRG didn't pull a permit for this job, although one was required by the county for structural work.) This substandard work, which for brevity purposes was new structural lumber sections not being scabbed in or attached in any way, was pointed out to multiple RRG people the day of the roof job, including the crew leader, project manager, and the original salesman. Pictures were also provided multiple times to multiple people at the RRG main office, including the Warranty specialist and the Production manager. RRG was also notified in writing of all deficiencies, including this. RRG refuses to address this issue, although it was documented in the same photos as other significant issues they have addressed. The sales manager, whose name had been given to us several times as the person who could work with us on this issue, flatly refused to do so. This job was paid in full, and we had faith that RRG would stand behind their work and address any and all deficiencies."
