"Mr. Jones did an excellent job getting my dishwasher working again. Kept in touch throughout the entire process and explained exactly what he was doing and what would be needed to make the repair. Will use him again if I ever need any of my other appliances repaired."

"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Nick was our technician and he was very responsive and professional. I would hire him again if I need appliance repair services."

"the oven needed a part that no longer is made. Ty was very helpful troubleshooting the situation"

"This guy " Bobby" was honest and provided me with valuable information, although he did not want to perform this work, I kept his contact information and would recommend his services"

"I was very pleased. I was contacted as to when the repairman was to show up and also notified he was delayed due to a transportation problem. I would use and recommend Appliance Specialists."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
