"I used JL Anderson Heating & Cooling (subcontracted through Lowe's) to install a new Trane HVAC system in my 25 yr. old home. After presenting and explaining to me my options and choosing the system I wanted, Joe set up all the install details. Since the new unit would be about 2 weeks to arrive Joe even offered to charge/fix my old AC just so I could get by. The crew did an excellent job on the install. They were punctual, worked clean/safe and were friendly through the whole install. Once the new unit was running, Joe followed up to walk me through all the instructions, set up the wifi thermostat app on my phone, plus he did ALL the paperwork for warranty and rebates. All I had to do was sign things-a really nice extra! The new system is excellent!!! The house has never felt this comfortable in the summer. I'm already saving money on my cooling bills! "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive.
