Met with the owner, Larry, to discuss scope. The scope includes some repairs to cables in the attic and we would not know how much repair was required until the electricians checked all the cables. Therefore I decided to go on a cost-reimbursable (by the hour) payment rather than try and do as a lump sum.  At the time I met Larry I also described some other items that I'd probably have his team work on if they finished the attic work early. Larry gave me an approx. estimate of what he thought it would cost - he was about right. We arranged a schedule up front and the 2 guys arrived on time. They completed the attic work quickly (there wasn't as much damage as I feared) and then I asked them to complete the rest of the items listed above. They worked efficiently and got a lot done in the 8 hours. They were professional and knowledgeable and advised me of options on materials and routings of cables etc before they started the work on each item. They did a good job in cleaning up the work areas. I was very happy with their performance and will use them again.

"I wish my first call had been to Eddie and Repair Tech Plus. He fixed my TV after another repair service told me the situation was hopeless if I didn't spend an unreasonable amount of money with them (after, of course, they'd missed their first appointment with me). The best part of dealing with Eddie instead was his professional and friendly approach; he was prompt, on-time, informative, and frank. He always returned phone calls as promised, showed up as agreed. As an authorized technician, he always called the TV company direct if there were any technical issues that needed dealing with. During the initial diagnostic visit, he very honestly talked to me about the cons of repair -- that depending on which component needed to be replaced, it may approach the cost of simply buying a new (albeit smaller) set. I decided to go ahead with the repair anyway, and Eddie did everything he could to make sure we got it repaired efficiently and in a timely manner. "The service provided by Danny at Murphy were amazing. He showed up ready to work. He communicate with me to let me know when he would be arriving, so I didn't have to wait around all day like you do for other people. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and got right to work on it. HE even let me assist so I can learn a thing or two. Danny worked hard the whole time he was there, and the best part was he stayed until the job was done. That meant he was working until 11pm. The work ethic Danny had was amazing. I plan on hiring him again for other jobs I have in the area as I am a property manager."

"I looked for a/c repair on a Sunday, not expecting any replies. To my surprise, Clark Forbes not only replied but said he would be able to come out later in the day. He kept in communication to let me know approx. time of arrival. he came out and got it running. my central a/c is 51 years old with no parts ever replaced. It still had some issues that could not be solved without additional parts likely needed. he checked on parts available for such an old unit the next day as promised. he kept in communication all the next day and discussed what direction I wanted to go with such an old unit. we agreed that if it quits in the future we might continue with parts, but would have to evaluate the rational cost of fixing a 51-year-old unit /versus replacement. I would recommend his services to anyone and his quick response and constant communication were wonderful in this day and age of people not getting back to you."
