"Skip Ward came to my house to reroute my heating system so that I could remove the old heater in the bathroom. He arrived on time and was very professional and curteous. He knew exactly how to accomplish what needed to be done. Within no time my heat was back up and running. I would highly reccomend Ward Plumbing to anyone who needs the job done right."

"Patrick and Adam came to my house to fix a leaking tankless electric water heater. They could not fix. I wasn't happy with the performance so Patrick recommended a gas vented water heater. Also installed a utility tub in my laundry room. I didn't even call done rite till maybe 11:00am. They came did all work and where out of here by 5:15. How is that for same day service. Jason came to assist. Cleaned up nice crew. I would highly recommend them."

"

Sean from Mahon Plumbing did a great job diagnosing the problem and was very creative in fixing the pipe.  It was in an almost impossible spot, but he had my water up and running within an hour.  Great job Sean and thanks a lot Mahon Plumbing!

"When I bought my combo tankless boiler/hot water heater, the original installers messed up installation, then couldn't figure out how to fix it. Thank god I found Rod. He fixed their mess, installed a sediment filter that's been super effective, and recently helped fix a venting issue caused during a remodel. He knows his stuff inside out, is fast and efficient, and a real pleasure to work with. Would absolutely recommend him for anyone with on-demand water systems."

"Installed our water heater on very short notice. Mostly good work and friendly service all around. The only cons were price (a bit higher than some places charge), and the brand new heater they installed had a faulty fitting that led to water leaking (but they came back out the same day, fixed the fitting, and cleaned up the water)."

"Dan was very professional. He quickly identified the problem and repaired it. I would definitely use them again."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!  Called them cold on a Sunday night from my DC home to repair many shingle caps that had blown off the peak of our roof of our townhome in OC- I could see daylight from the attic and the insulation was wet.  They were on my roof Monday morning, in the rain, fixing it completely.  They took before and after photos on the roof so I could see exactly what they had done. They also replaced a cracked vent pipe boot.
Very easy to deal with, good communications, knowledgeable and professional.
