"P.K. Masonry arrived at my home on three different days on time, ready and willing to start the work. I was impressed how carefully he measured and drew out the plans for the fireplace. On my fireplace install PK was always concerned with what I was asking for, and listened to what I had to say. We didn't always agree, but he showed great patience dealing with me who knows nothing about what it takes to build a fireplace. I love my new fireplace that he built and will enjoy owning it for years to come. I definitely would hire PK again and have a job for him, planned for the future."

"I called about 15 roofers attempting to find someone to replace my roof.  Of all the companies I called, Braswell Construction was the most professional.  I never regretted the decision to use them once during the entire process.  The whole team was great to work with and the skill set of the roofers was impressive.  Everyone I came into contact with was so courteous and helpful, and they left the work site clean every day when they left.   Because of the amazing work they did, I decided to use the company to put up a fence in my yard as well as other remodeling projects.  I'll update my reviews as they complete projects.  But as far as roofing, I would highly recommend the company to do quality work with truly skilled craftsmen.  It's so nice to work with a company that still has customer service skills. <br /> <br /> UPDATE:  When working on the roof, the gutters were damaged on my house.  When I called Braswell to let them know I was having issues with my gutters, they said they would take care of it.  It took a little while, but they finally came and did a great job!  If you need gutters, I'd recommend this company as well.  They did a great job.  Only issue was the length of time it took to get fixed, but it was just a miscommunication issue."

"Ricky Boger and his crew are the best in the low country. Hurrican Matthew put a sixty foot pine tre through our home. Superior Home Improvement came to the rescue and truly went above and beyond to bring our house back to better than new condition. They completely remodeled a bathroom, removing a tub and installing a custom walk I shower. It turned out fantastic. They handled everything for plumbing and electrical to paint and flooring. Ricky Boger is a man of integrity who does what he says he is gonna do when he says he is gonna do it."

"I noticed a crack that started in my living room and continued into one of the bedrooms. The bedroom floor was sinking away from the wall. I did research and found Poly Lift USA. I contacted the office and spoke with the receptionist. She was very polite and was able to answer a few questions I had. She scheduled me for an estimate that very week. The manager came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and answered all of the questions I had. I received the estimate later that day via email and was able to accept it on the spot. The next day, I received a call from their office to schedule my project the following week as well as an email reminder. Their crew arrived on time and started to work almost immediately. They explained the process as they worked and allowed us to watch. They drilled small holes throughout the home and then injected the polyurethane. Once they were done, they filled the holes with a sanded concrete and cleaned up the minimal mess that was made. It was done in less than a day.
