"Went very smoothly! I did a lot of research and compared prices of several transportation companies. I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. Overall, I wanted an insured company that could safely transport my vehicle in a timely manner and they did exactly that. My car was scratch-free and looked flawless. "Joey came to do an estimate and we decided to use him for the job. He wanted half of the total cost up front. Approximately 5 weeks later they arrived on time starting at 7:30 am and stopped around 3:00. They had all the old windows out and all the new windows in and three of them wrapped. The next day they arrived at 7:30 again and finished up wrapping the rest of the windows and were done around noon. They look great and we love our new windows. The only complaint is that they beat up some trim around our picture window when taking out the old window. Overall we were very pleased."
