"they did a good job so it seems. it was much later that I took a shower and discovered that the hot water side didn't work because the handle only went to the neutral position instead of all the way to hot. I emailed them twice, called them twice. I just finished 2 times with their online chat and was transfered to a voice line and both times their system hung up on me. I had already gone to Home Depot and they put an order in and so far I haven't been contacted."

We do Subcontracting for Computer, Networking, Repair, Business Phone Systems, Cabling and Closed Circuit TV/DVR installations and repair. We Charge $40 trip charge in the Fort Worth area and charge portal to portal for outside of Fort Worth area. We have a standard charge of $90hr with a one hour minimum. For in-store repairs we charge a $50.00 + tax Diagnostic/Down Payment which is applied to the repair that was brought in.
