"I got floors & baseboards done totaling ~$20k. They never told me that they?d leave big gaps under my door frames where there was the tile. They told me it was in the checklist contract but it is not! Then the baseboards came out absolutely horrible! They?re dirty, they didn?t fill the nail holes and used too big of a nail gun that even after they came back the first time and put wood filler it didn?t fix it, some have large gaps underneath meaning they didn?t level the floors properly, there?s sloppy caulk all along the top, rough edges from where they cut the boards and didn?t sand them, they didn?t paint them, there were nicks and chips from install, 2 boards bowed out from the wall to where I could stick my finger in the caulk, 2 boards completely overlapped, got caulk all over my black door stops, cut boards jagged around the toilet valve, forgot to install one door stop, and broke a piece of my wall off. It was just a mess.still haven?t fixed it all and now ghosting me"

"We had laminated flooring installed upstairs, but during the grinding of the plywood subfloor, the installation crew damaged our floor sockets. When we reported the issue, the company refused to repair the damage. Both the crew and the manager denied responsibility, and the manager even asked us to provide proof that their team caused the problem. Additionally, the crew failed to take basic precautions to protect our home. They did not cover any furniture or household items during the grinding process, resulting in dust spreading throughout the house. Overall, this situation reflects poorly on the skill, professionalism, and accountability of the installers the company employs."

"Our son is an architect working in Seattle, Wa. I kept in touch via the internet with him during our entire renovation. He was absolutely blown away by the quality workmanship of Daniel and his team! Everything was done right! It was such a delight having this team of workers in our home. They went about their work joyfully, but accurately. There was a constant cleanup on their part going on daily, which kept the dust to a minimum. Daniel was so easy to work with, unlike other contractors we had interviewed for our massive Reno. I am so pleased with my kitchen, walls removals, flooring, barn doors installed, fireplace with shiplap, new baseboards throughout, appliances moved to new walls, great painting, exterior door installed where there was a brick wall, and now what was once a dark 1970 home is flooded with light from all the modern can light installations! I love my home, but I do plan on having Kingdom Innovations back to redo both bathrooms in the future! I trust this company with any project needed!"
