The other big project was for remodeling based on one kitchen + one bathroom, change it to one kitchen + two bathrooms. John and Gary and the crew were awesome and very pleasant to work with. They listened to us, willing to accommodate our ideas, but also give us realistic suggestions based on the budget. John always trying to save money for our project, to control the budget. They are honest, friendly, genuine, respectful, responsive with great remolding experience and knowledge. Like I read from other Busy Bee's customer reviews, John himself handle electric stuff and others. They worked very hard and showed up every day. Even our neighbors made the comment that "your contractor showed up every day!". We became friends during the project. I would recommend busy bee to my friends, to everyone, and will definitely have the crew come back for any future projects. "Jeff and his team did a FABULOUS job!!!! Everyone was great and such hard workers. His team was always prompt, very friendly, and ready to work. The amount of skill that was put in for the remodeling of my mother’s bathroom was incredible. My mother is now in love with her new bathroom thanks to Jeff’s team!! Special shout out to Elvis and his wife for their hard work and willingness to help out when needed. Their kind hearted souls and work ethic shows how dedicated they are to their job. May God bless them tremendously. Also the electricians did a wonderful job in installing a vent with new lighting in the bathroom. Kudos to them! "Crew arrived Friday morning, got right to work, and finished about 1/2 the job before quitting time. They were back after the weekend and finished the job mid afternoon. The workers were polite, cleaned up after work completely, and they and the owner had outstanding communication and customer service skills. We were impressed with their work ethic and professionalism, as well as the solid and attractive construction of our new steps and landing. "We hired John to repair our master bathroom. There was rot and ants behind the walk-in shower as well as some mold and damage to one of the wall boards and some floor tile damage. We decided to remove the shower and make it a 1/2 bath instead since the room was a little too small to begin with. John and his subcontractors were prompt, on time, and on budget. He did an amazing job matching up the flooring, eliminating the shower, and installing a linen closet it its place. The entire job, from demo through finish, took them less than a week and it came out perfectly. I'm very happy with the results and would hire John and team again in a heartbeat."

We had TWO bathrooms that were circa 1980s in our home and BOTH needed a gutting renovation. We had solicited several quotes, but Joe and Jonathan of Home Pro Services came as a personal recommendation from a friend, and we had already seen the beautiful work they had done. We needed gutting of the existing spaces, some revision of electrical and plumbing, installation of walls, ceiling, floors, fans, tile work, fixtures. Joe made himself incredibly available. Instead, he updated us regularly with progress, by email and text, and we saw him nearly daily. Through these communications he helped us make intelligent decisions about the project. We appreciated his knowledge and level of care. He often had more than one solution or suggestions for a single problem, and let us talk things over with him before making a decision. As expected there were some unforeseen construction issues having to do with water damage etc. we faced along the way, but Joe helped us address these in a fair and equitable way. We also appreciated, given the timing of our project which was during the COVID outbreak, that he did not bring large teams of people into our home. The plumbers, electricians and painters he referred for our project were also highly qualified and respectful. The quality of Home Pro services by far exceeded our expectations! As my husband said early on, "Joe is an artisan". There was nothing we would change about our project. We can't wait to hire Joe and Home Pro Services again!"
