We were happy about that and Benny and his assistant showed up right away, got up on the roof, inspected the Chimney Cap. He said there was nothing wrong with a Chimney Cap and that we didn't need a new one. You noticed that there was a very small section of screen missing in a section of screening at the base. So he fashioned and installed a metal collar around this area. He said he doubted that this was an entryway for rodents and noted that the caller completely seal the area of concern that the exterminator point it out to us. Benny and his assistant were friendly, professional and efficient. We had an excellent experience with this company and would use them again."
