"Tridel Construction was wonderful from start to finish. We had flooring replaced throughout our house, painting done throughout the house, had the cabinets refinished in the bathrooms, had toilets and a sink replaced as well as a countertop in the bathrooms, and remodeled the kitchen. Tridel contacted us and met with us very quickly to get the ball rolling on our projects. We first met with Andy Zhukov who went over all the projects we wanted to do and met with us to select some materials. It was a pleasure meeting with Andy and he was always available to answer our questions or send a new cost breakdown when we changed our minds on things. We then met with Arsen Sayyants to sign the contract and begin work on our house. Arsen and his team are amazing! He always took the time to answer our questions, he would check on the work being done, and he made sure that we stayed within our budget if changes were made. He also made some awesome suggestions for our kitchen and bathroom projects. We took his advice and they turned out more spectacular than we had imagined! Our neighbors have projects they'd like done as well and we have recommended Arsen and Tridel Construction to them too. Scott (owner) came to the house, took measurements for what I wanted, color-matched to the existing screen room, and gave me a very reasonable estimate price. They are experienced in dealing with HOA Review Committees so they submitted my proposal for me. Once approved and our install date was set they applied for the building permit on my behalf (cost included in overall pricing upfront). Priscilla (office) kept me informed of everything related with the project on a timely basis.
