Promised to send the pictures but never heard anything again. Called them again, no call back. Never heard anything. Terrible service, price gauging. Called another electrician from smaller company, they found faulty junction box fixed it and charged me $125. I will never hire Mr. electric. Stay far away. "

"I made an appointment for assistance with a circuit breaker to which ultimately was found that I replaced the wrong breaker. I was charged for 2 hours($437) with the office admin stating that it took 1 hour and 26 minutes. My appointment was set for 1 PM and on the receipt the time stated 2:26 PM. This is not accurate as the technician showed up to my house at 1:15 PM, and I assume just started the time at 1 PM. Be that as it may, I still would have been over an hour with the time marked appropriately. But there were several instances to where things took much longer than one would expect...more specifically, times when the technician was just standing around, waiting. I do not believe that it should have taken over an hour to figure out that I had the bad breaker in(to which I explained at the very beginning that I tried to switch them out). But the worst part is that I called to speak with management, and was told that someone would have to call me back...to which they never did. "
