They came to fix my doorbell transformer, realized it was simple fix, and since they don’t charge hourly, instead they charge by Task Price, I paid almost half of what other companies had quoted. My simple fix ended up being a bit of work… The new transformer that I bought off of Amazon turned out to be broken so they waited while I ran to Home Depot to grab another one—no pressure to buy theirs.
