He came out, surveyed the situation and gave me an estimate on site, that was fair with no surprises. He started on a Saturday morning and worked 12 hours to remove the old panel, install new panel and meter base outside the house due to it's age and situation, and connected up to all the old wiring in the house. He installed a mast above the roof (the old meter was installed just below the roof with main service installed right above the meter, again not up to code.) and he sealed every thing great. He treated my house just like he would treat his own house. He handled the permit, scheduling on time with Oncor and both inspections by the City of Wylie that had to happen. All this took place in less than a week. He cleaned up the entire area, and even with significant cuts needed to sheetrock, put it all back in place ready to be repaired by another contractor.
