"Working with ASAP Garage Doors and Services was a very positive experience and could not be more pleased. The technician arrived at the scheduled time was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He inspected our garage doors, correctly diagnosed the problems, and suggested solutions which I was able to implement. For the cost of a very reasonable service charge, 3-4 issues with our doors were corrected. The tech focus was on fixing my doors and NOT running up excessive charges for unneeded parts and labor. At the end I felt confident I had been treated very friarly and with honesty and integrity. Overall, a very positive experience. If you have garage door issues this is the company you want to use. "We hired A1 for problems with the garage closing completely. I knew there might be some age related problems with a 16 yr old garage. The tech saw that the coil was broken which is a major safety problem. Replaced it along with some other suggested parts. It cost me more than I wanted but I rather that than some getting seriously hurt. We were satisfied and will hire them to finish updating the rest of the unit."

"The guy arrived on time ready to do the job. He was very efficient went over with me. The problems that I was having with my door and step-by-step. Show me what he needed to do to fix the power he replaced the parts that needed to be replaced and all of this did not take no more than an hour and a half. I am very happy with his work and I will be calling them out again for future services."

"I talk to the guy and said That he can not get to it until 10:00am Monday so I told them not to com here the dispatch called me and I told him do not send him over they did and I asked him if he was dave several times and he said yes he was the person I was waiting for his name is Dave the company was called Dave garage door so i went to get the money and i got home and found out that he was not Dave so he had lied to me and he ripped off me"
