"Bryan came over to assess the project and he was very friendly and was also very knowledgable. He told me exactly what would be done and made sure to answer any questions I had. We set up a time for his tech to come complete the work. When the tech/plumber arrived the next morning he was also friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work in about three hours (which included a brief run to the hardware store to buy parts) and made sure everything was perfect and with no leaks before leaving. In my opinion, one of the best things about this company is their desire to educate the pool owner. Both men that came to my house taught me several valuable things about keeping up my pool. As a new pool owner, I was so grateful for the tips and information. When I have something go wrong with my pool again, I will definitely be giving Norris Pools a call."

"We moved in with my husbands mother to take care of her. The inground pool was pretty cloudy. I have never had to deal with a pool and my husband didnt know how either. The pool was put in after kids grew up. I struggled for 2 years with this pool, green water and then black algae set in. I googled everything I could and learned a lot but not enough to clean this pool up. I had people come look at it and to price a clean up. Some people didnt want to fool with it or the price was crazy high. My daughter used Chris, she told me he got rid of her black algae so I called and Chris came right out, he quoted me a price I could live with and I have never seen this pool look this good. "I would like to follow up in a year from now because I feel the key to a good company is their customer service a year or so down the line. My pool is 30+ years old and was in need of re-plastering, and tile replacement; tiles were falling off and poking out away from just below the coping and the motor/pump stopped working last year and needed to be replaced. As a single woman, I needed a knowledgeable person/company to listen to my concerns, access the situation and advise on the best route to take. If you need this, Ideal Pool Services is the place to go. Bill listened, accessed, and advised. He was always a text or phone call away. He put my mind at ease right from the start. A no-nonsense straight forward person. He took care of business in a professional way and because he's been in the business for so long, he knows what he's talking about. His estimate was reasonable (lowest out of 4) and never tried to nickle and dime me to death. What he estimated is what I paid. The equipment is working so much better than the old equipment we had when the pool was new, just as he said. I love the tile and craftsmanship and the plaster is as smooth as a baby's bottom. They came when they said they would and each crew knocked their work out in nothing flat. They did their job, cleaned up their mess and went on their way. The next day, the next crew came in and did the same thing and the third day, that crew did the same. My pool was up and running in 3 days and ready to swim in a few days later, (due to filling it up and adjusting chemicals). Would I use them again? Heck yes! Do I recommend them to you? Yes I do! Am I satisfied with the job? Bill has delivered on everything he has said so far and we are in our crystal blue pool every single day and night thanks to Bill and his team of experts. "Went great. The owner, Mr. Cruz, was terrific. Got it done for less money and in less time than anyone else I spoke with. He came the next day after I contacted. him. He had it all completed with replacement part to pump put on within the next few days; at a very reasonable price. Compare this to outfits where the repair guys work on commission (i.e., the more new equipment they can sell you, the more they make). I suggest staying away from pool repair companies that work like that. This was yet another reason I liked HCM Pools. They did not attempt to up-charge me. I would certainly use this company again."

"I just bought my first home which had a pool. Lucky me it came in a hideous tint of dark swamp green with a few frogs. I messaged a few pool companies and Jose with Lonestar pools was one of them. Majority of the companies advised me to drain my pool and the others told me it will take 2-3 weeks until its Crystal clear. Not to mention this would of costed $700-900 which is not including the water bill. Jose didn't go this route as he was extremely confident he can get my pool crystal blue and swimmable with a few short days. I obviously decided to go with him as he was very professional knowledgeable and confident in his services. I'm glad I went with Jose as he was good for his word and my pool was crystal blue in 5 days!! During those 5 days he showed up everyday to clean my filters and scrub my pool. Not to mention, 3 of the 5 days it was raining. Rain didn't stop Jose, he was outside changing my filters in the rain! Jose is a scientist when it comes to the pool chemistry. Any pool guy can drain water and pressure wash the pool but not all can figure out a pools chemistry and get it blue within a few short days. If you have a green/black pool? you need an expert and Jose is your guy! Also, Jose is very honest which is hard to find these days. When I bought my house I was told it needed resurfacing so I got 3 quotes which ranged between 5-10k. Jose does resurfacing as well and was happy to quote me too. BUT, he made it clear to me?. This is a cosmetic issue. If your eyes can handle the peeling which isn't bad then the resurfacing job can hold off for a bit. This was such a relief as I just bought 2 homes so money has been tight. Its nice to know the resurfacing can hold off until a later time. Most contractors wouldn't tell you this as they will lose the quick cash. I quickly hired him to do weekly cleanings on my pool. Jose is passionate about pools and it shows. He's a gem and I'm happy I found him. Hire him and you and your pool will forever be happy! Take my word!"
