"They did perform the services in the day. I had a team of 3 people to come clean my large home. Manny was the team leader I would say, followed by David and Arazelli. I have a lot of dust in my home and Manny was able to take my all purpose room, and clean everything, and I mean everything. From cleaning around the outlets, dusting off the speakers, and around the TV. He also cleaned my loft, staircase and rails, and a bedroom and  bathroom upstairs. Manny was very conscientious with everything. He did things that I wouldn't expect anybody would touch, even wiped down all my exercise equipment that is hard to even notice in the room unless you really look for it.

David took care of the fans in my family and all purpose room as well as the shutters. He took care of everything in the living room as, wiping down my piano and piano legs too. He provided much attention to the furniture as well and did a very thorough job cleaning my dining room furniture. David also cleaned my master bedroom and bathroom. He cleaned the tile floors downstairs too.

Arazelli cleaned all of my kitchen appliances, counter tops, cabinets and scrubbed down my stoves grates really well. She then went to the downstairs guest room and clean the room and bathroom, as well as my children's bedrooms and bathrooms.

They did such a thorough job in their cleaning thatI had no dust left in my home.
The only thing that I had a minor problem with were the kitchen vents/hood above the stove and the shower doors that were not cleaned as well as I hoped, and same with one of the shutters, which I told Rosie about.

Also, the owner, Rosie, was very responsive and called me quickly to answer any questions and inform me as to who was coming out to clean and what they were expected to do. Manny called me prior to his arrival and discussed the products they would be using on my home, which I decided to use. They did use my vacuum cleaner when needed. They got to work immediately and they did work a little over the time that was allotted, but did not charge me. Manny then took me into every room after completed to show me what they all had done.

 Once they did leave, they left me a card thanking me as well as a gift, a small candle, They were very professional and I would definitely use use their service again in the future. I was very pleased and happy to know my home was clean for the holidays. I was just really pleased with the way they handled everything and their entire operations.  Rosie also called back when the work was completed to ensure I was pleased with their service."
