"Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.  
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."

"Bryan and his crew did a absolutely wonderful job on my floor! The house had been transformed! They where very easy to communicate and work with. They were on time, they got their work done very fast, cleaned up after themselves every day, and even stayed later the last day until everything was done so I could move in on time! I found it a huge benefit that they also do construction, I had them install a few things, and move electrical outlets. It was wonderful to have just one person to do everything for me. my carpet on my apartment was to duty after hollydays and take the decision to call for cleaning services.
i contac this company they was friendly.
they arive on time and take a walk around the apartment for see what its the damage on the carpet and the sofa and love seat.
the ask me about the  spots on my carpet i told they, spil coffee and soda on the carpet and my dog was damage the carpet, they take action and pre spay all the carpet for remove the spots.
after that they start to clean the carpet, when they done we take a walk around the rooms and i see the spots was gone.
we inspect the sofa and the love seat and i see really clean.
absollutly they doing an excellent job.

He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. "My experience with them was good - Barbara was a very friendly customer service agent, and I was actually going to use another company before I talked to her. She swayed me to BNS.
The installation went well - they showed up on time, and my granite looks AMAZING! Truly. My kitchen was oddly-shaped, and they made everything look great even with the oddball measurements.
The only reason I gave them a "B" for quality is because once they left, I did notice some of my plumbing parts were broken, some sealer gunk was stuck in my carpet, and they took my old sink with parts attached that I had to re-purchase. When contacted the company, they were very responsive, and even wrote me a check for the parts I had to buy. I did appreciate that.
Overall, I thought they were a good company, and I would use them again."

I bought a condo with two 25-year old bathrooms, and wanted to replace the tubs, showers, fixtures, cabinets, toilets and floor tiles and repaint each one. I consulted with Tony about what could be done and both turned out great! Tony and OM Construction's tradesmen were professional, efficient, clean and responsive to minor changes or things that I wanted to do that wouldn't work because of the particular building (i.e. slab floor that prevented a walk-in shower because of existing plumbing that could not be re-configured or changed without significant work or cost).
