"He called to let me know when he was on the way. He fixed the dripping faucet in the main bathroom. He found the problem with the outside faucet dripping and had to leave to get a part. When he returned he fixed the problem quickly. The associate kept me informed on what was going on. He was very pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend. this business based on this associate."

"I knew we had found our plumber after talking to Mike on the phone....so personable and easy to talk to and a man who knows PLUMBING!!! I doubt you would have a problem he could not solve!! He made himself available right away on Jan. 1st and 2nd (no holiday fees) and solved our issues so I have time to sit and review him today. He works around the Atlanta area and does new installations as well as repairs that are located quite a distance from his home. His skilled helper, Kevin, and Mike worked very hard to quickly resolve our problems and we will not hesitate to call Mike the Plumber in the future!"

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
