"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. "Jeffrey came by himself when he said he would and went right to work. It took a few days but he got the wallpaper off and did not damage anything in the kitchen while working. He had to mud one area so it took a couple of days to paint the walls. He paints quickly and professionally and cleans up as he goes. Jeffrey applied two coats of paint with the gallon I had already purchased. I found very few paint drops and most were tiny. He is the neatest painter I have ever used. I always expect some mess from construction, but his was minor. He caulked the counters and then trimmed them out again with paint. Even his cleanup was neat. I am very pleased with everything he did and highly recommend him. I plan to use him for pressure washing and to re-stain and paint my front door."
