"Wayne and his crew did a spectacular job, at a very fair price. What began as a simple dryer vent job, became a critically important HVAC-related repair, after his willingness to check on our mold and odor issue from our primary air conditioning unit. Net/net: He discovered our problem was with mold and retained water in flex duct work that had not been properly checked and cleaned. He provided us with a comprehensive quote, and quickly got us on his schedule, even though it meant they had to work on a Saturday. He and his crew arrived on time (in fact, 15 minutes before promised) and in one day changed out all duct work. He also returned to our home the next week, to verify everything was properly installed and working, and "tweaked" a few ducts that needed adjustments. Wayne knows his "stuff" and advised on cost-effective solutions (at far fewer dollars) to save on addressing one remaining issue. Lastly, when we had concerns with a faint odor (not caused by their work) he immediately returned the next morning, to ensure everything was working properly. We highly recommend Lindsay's Air Care -- excellent and prompt, expert service. Very fair price, knowledgeable and friendly, willing to explain all work, quick to follow up to ensure we were completely satisfied and that the work was done correctly in all respects."

"This was an extremely satisfying experience!! Jerry's company built me a beautiful step matching both brick and motar very well. The gentleman that came out was courteous, prompt and an expert craftsman. I could tell he took great pride in his work! He definitely wanted me to be happy. He built the step in a very short time, cleaned everything up completely and was on his way! ANd there is more to this story: I needed to add a brick step as there was only a platform to step onto get into my home. When Jerry agreed to come out, he also noted that some previous motar work was mismatched. After I shared that information with my HOA, the HOA representative actually asked me for Jerry's contact information. Jerry came out to price correcting the previous mistake. "SPECTACULAR!!!! I am so happy and my husband is too. We were nervous after talking to so many contractors but we felt that Ray Hubbard and Legacy Building and Design, Inc was our best choice. When we first met and he was on-time and could answer questions immediately about what we wanted when other contractors said they would have to get back to us. He didn't tell us what we wanted to hear, but really told us the things we needed to hear. Where do you find that these days? We decided to go with Ray and his team! Now we are at the very end of this project and our punch list has only 4 things. As complicated as this was we only had 4 issues! We are picky people and my husband has OCD. Ray and his team worked with us every step of the way and kept us up to date and informed. Ray gave us one price at the start of this project, and we admit it was a bit high, but you we felt you get what you pay for---and honestly we had been told by references that we were getting the best contractor in this area. Turns out his family has been building and remodeling for nearly a hundred years. It made us feel like we were getting a real pro. Turns out we avoided horror stories involving some contractors---and we felt like we hired the best. We really appreciate all the time they took with us before and even after the sale. If there is any negative factor I would have to say that we were disappointed that the concrete truck broke a piece of our driveway, We paid tons for our new driveway. The good news-----we told Ray and he immediately replaced the broken section. We have a few other projects in the future and have found the Contractor we will use again and again. We highly recommend these guys!!! Well worth the money spent."
