"I hired Michael's Plumbing to fix a toilet that was constantly running. After they performed the initial repairs on 02/13/2018 (replacing various parts) the problem persisted. My tenant called them and they returned twice but the problem was not fixed. My tenant and I called at least 5 times and no one called us back until I posted negative reviews. After that, someone called and advised that the toilet is old and can't be repaired and they would replace it with a newer model toilet at no additional cost. They apologized for the failure to communicate this information. The new toilet was installed on 04/28/2018 and so far it is working great."

"Solid, reliable, expert service!!! Last April, at a time when it seemed we would not be able to get a dishwasher fixed, we called All Better Appliance. What seemed like an unrepairable condition for the dishwasher was diagnosed quickly, and parts ordered. Along with the expert diagnosis, was needed guidance that the dishwasher was worth fixing. A few days later, the part arrived, we were called, and Bruce returned. The repair was done quickly, and affordably. More recently, our clothes dryer had a serious problem. A control module malfunctioned, and nearly started an electrical fire. Again we called All Better Appliance, and asked for Bruce. They were very responsive, and had Bruce there the next day. Another fix or replace decision had to be made. With appliance availability to purchase very limited, fixing seemed to be our quickest option. The part for repair, although delayed by a day, arrived the day before we were traveling. Bruce extended his day to accommodate our repair and fixed the dryer allowing us the chance to finish packing clean clothes. Thanks to All Better Appliance and Bruce for exemplary and timely service at both times we really needed it. Highest recommendation!"

Matt was very knowledgeable about drainage issues. They quoted me the best price among other bidders and explained the benefits of repairing my gutters vs the benefits of replacing them. Jamison knows his stuff when it comes to gutters and the different guard systems out there. I went with the repair option and saved a fair amount of money. It did take a few weeks for us to get the workers out here to do the work, but when they did make out here, they were polite, professional, and did great work and got it all done in a day.
