"Bayshore did a great job. It was easy to get in touch with them to discuss pricing and make an appointment. David called several days ahead to confirm our date and time, and arrived when scheduled. He was very nice and professional, and did a great job with the carpets. While other companies gave me a song and dance about any problem areas (one went so far as to tell me the carpet was "ceasing to be"), David was forthright in pointing out any issues and discussing what was feasible. I am planning to have him come back to steam my tile floors and will definitely use him again the next time I need the carpets cleaned.

"We have used this company several times in the last few years and they do a MUCH better job than everyone else. Canin actually spends time to try to remove stains, is knowledgable, thorough and fantastic. He may not offer the coupon deals that the big companies advertise, but in cases like this, you get what you pay for. We had to use Stanley Steemer once for scheduling reasons and there just wasn't a comparison. The $99 deal was not a deal at all-- complete waste of time and money as they had this poor sweaty, tired guy run through our house. He told us we were his 6th job of the day and he really just did a quick once-over and had to run to the next job. I won't make that mistake again-- I'll hold out for a date when Canin is available!"

I purchased one of Angie's Deals on March 30 (5 rooms for $109)  since my daughter's house definitely was in need of a really good cleaning.  Not only does she own 2 indoor cats - she also had the kitchen remodeled which was a project that lasted several month when it was necessary to store appliances in the dining room and dining room furniture in the living room etc. etc. - not to mention people going back and forth with dusty  workshoes ........

I wasn't sure what date would be OK for my daughter and so when Mrs Williams sent me an Email the day after, I called and told her it would be after Easter and I would let her know.  She was extremely pleasant and after consulting with my daughter, I called and we set up a date for today, April 20, 2015 at 12 noon.

About 11:30 I had a call from Sonja, apologizing that she and the other lady are running late and would be there about 12:30 - 12:45.  I told her it was OK since I didn't expect them to run away from our place when the time was up - rather than finish the job.

Sonja and Tina arrived at 1 o'clock.  They are most pleasant and as hard working as any people I have ever seen (note that I am 85 years old).  They moved furniture as was needed and cleaned everything better than I have ever seen.  We had had several other cleaners in the past, but my daughter and I agreed that none of them had ever left the carpets looking better.  In fact we both agreed that the carpets looked almost new.

I hope that next time the carpets need cleaning, these young ladies will be available once again.

"Olaf installed our 36 inch ceramic tile. He gave us an outstanding the fair quote for the work. He picked up the tile from Floor And Decor for us saving us $250. He moved all the furniture from the room to be tiled and reinstall all the furniture after the tiling was completed. He was always on time and worked late on certain days to complete the job as promised . Olaf’s assistant was extremely competent and helpful. They worked as a wonderful team sharing all the work. They removed all the old carpeting from the room to be tiled, including the padding. They carried all the used carpeting and padding away and cleaning up every night after they had completed their work. The job was completed on schedule and the finishing around the edges of the tile was immaculate. All the nail heads were spackled. Any gaps were filled the final job look incredible! I can’t recommend Olaf and his service highly enough! We have three other rooms to be tiled and looking forward to having him do each one of them."
