I've hired other electricians, and they'd come in and quickly start opening wall or light outlets without understanding what they might be getting into. This indicated to me Joseph was a Professionalism. He wanted to know what he was getting into before just removing outlets. He also provided some minor recommendations for our panel such as some wire management to clean up our panel a bit. In the end, he resolved a couple of electrical matters we were experiencing.
