"I would highly recommend TDH mechanical to anybody. Their price was exceptional and their work was spectacular. I got bids from almost 10 contractors for a new boiler and hot water heater system for my house. TDH was the cheapest in the lot but that was not necessarily a good thing in my mind. The last boiler had been in place for a decade longer than I have been alive and I wanted to do the right thing with a trustworthy company with a system that would last. TDH discussed different options with me for weeks as I was indecisive and was extremely helpful at evaluating different systems. I finally chose a system and went for it. At this point I was pretty terrified. I had talked to references that he had given me and researched the company but I was about to spend well almost 15 grand and they were the cheapest of 10 companies by far and well... I was scared. "We actually had called Emanuel Brothers first since their name was on the water heater. But, after the amount of time and money they quoted us I decided to check Angie's. We had John come out and take a look and he told us he could do the same work for almost $800.00 less! I can't say I didn't have some trepidation. First, just how is it possible to do so much less work than we were told would be necessary (we had 2 water heaters. Neither of which worked after nearly 20 years, that had to be removed first to make room). And, for so much less. On day one I was very lucky that they had availability within a couple of hours. Kyle took a look at the water heater and when I left him to put his recommendation together, he took the initiative to look around a bit more. It turned out I originally showed him a small water heater that was supporting the radiant heat below my basement floor. More appropriately, Kyle located the main water heater which was the one that needed replacement. Nice job!!

Blanton was able to install the new water heater on day two (the following day).  They arrived promptly and drained and removed the older heater and installed the new one within three hours.  I had hot water not long after.  The team of Kyle and Mike were professional, proficient and delivered a job well done.

"Black Diamond has been one of the best finds we have had as new homeowners.  I like it because it is a one-stop shop and it is very easy to get an appoinment in a reasonable time with a knowledgable expert.  Of course, it will be more expensive than calling an individual practitioner, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for..."  We had a crack in our toilet bowl when we purchased our house and it got bigger over time.  It was leaking small amounts of water, so we thought it was best to get it fixed before it became a bigger problem.  I had a plumber scheduled to come out the next day who was able to remove and haul away our old toilet and install the new one.  We are very happy with the service this company provides, and also became Crystal Club members.  The membership includes certain benefits as well as a few included annual services (ac tuneup, furnace tuneup, inspection, water heater flush).  These services alone will more than pay for the membership, so it is worth it.
