"Tim and his team exceeded every expectation I have. I am an educated consumer of home improvement services and have contracted for numerous projects over the past 10 years in a 100 year old bungalow. The TDH team was the easiest and by far the best to work with of all contractors. They responded within an hour to my initial request and was on site the same day to inspect the site and assess my needs. We discussed numerous options at all price points and decided on a complete replacement of the water heater, hot water heat boiler and the piping. I had final quotes in less that 3 hours and they responded within hours with any question I have. They were able to schedule the work within 2 weeks. "We actually had called Emanuel Brothers first since their name was on the water heater. But, after the amount of time and money they quoted us I decided to check Angie's. We had John come out and take a look and he told us he could do the same work for almost $800.00 less! I can't say I didn't have some trepidation. First, just how is it possible to do so much less work than we were told would be necessary (we had 2 water heaters. Neither of which worked after nearly 20 years, that had to be removed first to make room). And, for so much less. On day one I was very lucky that they had availability within a couple of hours. Kyle took a look at the water heater and when I left him to put his recommendation together, he took the initiative to look around a bit more. It turned out I originally showed him a small water heater that was supporting the radiant heat below my basement floor. More appropriately, Kyle located the main water heater which was the one that needed replacement. Nice job!!

"Black Diamond has been one of the best finds we have had as new homeowners.  I like it because it is a one-stop shop and it is very easy to get an appoinment in a reasonable time with a knowledgable expert.  Of course, it will be more expensive than calling an individual practitioner, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for..."  We had a crack in our toilet bowl when we purchased our house and it got bigger over time.  It was leaking small amounts of water, so we thought it was best to get it fixed before it became a bigger problem.  I had a plumber scheduled to come out the next day who was able to remove and haul away our old toilet and install the new one.  We are very happy with the service this company provides, and also became Crystal Club members.  The membership includes certain benefits as well as a few included annual services (ac tuneup, furnace tuneup, inspection, water heater flush).  These services alone will more than pay for the membership, so it is worth it.
