"We had Renew Property Solutions remove our existing asphalt driveway and replaced with concrete. I first reached out on a Sunday evening and Chris contacted me first thing on Monday to schedule an appointment to review the project. Upon meeting with Chris we went over the details of the project and spoke about possible timing of the work. Chris indicated they were out about 3-4 weeks, depending on weather which I completely understood, also working in construction. We received the proposal which was very detailed on scope of work to be performed which we appreciated as we were making slight modifications from our existing layout. Once we finalized the agreement the work was completed within the 3-4 window Chris had originally mentioned, which I was pleasantly surprised with due to the weather during that time! Our project consisted of about 34 yards of concrete, and associated asphalt removal. Work was completed in 2-3 days and we could not be any happier with the end product. Chris's team took pride in their work, worked diligently, and made sure that we were happy by keeping us informed. Upon completion of work the work area was cleaned up and edges backfilled. We also appreciated the consideration of the location of the sawcut joints as our drive fell in between our house and detached garage (that are not parallel with each other) to provide for an aesthetically pleasing layout. "We removed the wood paneling in the basement shortly after moving in.  That's when we noticed 13 cracks in the foundation.  None of them structural issues.  They came in and repaired all of them in one day.  A couple of them were difficult to get to due to stairs and piping, but they did a great job on all of them.

Patio has narrow access to it from driveway - Karl's small Bobcat tractor was able to maneuver in tight spaces. Old concrete was removed, new bed of limestone footing installed, and foam barrier installed against house. They repaired previously unseen void in concrete porch step next to patio. Poured concrete to ensure drainage away from house, used brushed finish. Can't believe how much better it looks now with the new concrete!  Well worth the investment.

"Outstanding all around! Mike and his crew are very pleasant individuals and were true to their word. They did the work we agreed to on the days that we agreed to -- including working Saturday and Sunday to complete the job -- at the cost agreed to. The results are excellent. We are delighted by the improvement inside the garage, for the carport to the left of the garage, and behind the garage. The concrete pad in the garage now slopes nicely toward the front of the garage, and there's a neat slot for the garage door to close into. On the left side of the garage, what previously was 3 separate concrete slabs all broken up that allowed water to pool in them are now a single seamless slab that drains toward the driveway. The stairs Mike and crew installed are robust and firmly anchored. I will definitely contact them again for future services.

"They had the ability to build the piles in the ground to boost up the foundation. We have no complaints about them. They were professional. Their prices were reasonable. They were a good company. They said the foundation wasn?t as bad as it looked to us. They also said we weren?t in any sort of eminent danger so we didn?t have to do anything about it in near future. I was impressed with them. Tony answered any questions we had ahead of time promptly, We had some scheduling issues but only due to weather, and he was great at keeping us in the loop. I am happy to report that after three years the concrete still looked like new--virtually no cracks outside of the expansion joints, a beautiful finish texture and after years of driving on a half gravel, half concrete driveway that sloped TOWARDS the house I was just thrilled to have something that looked this nice...our driveway was one of the only ones that faced the road so the nice broom wave finish pattern just added to curb appeal. "Excellent.  I love the bushes Mike chose for privacy across the front.  It is simple yet beautiful.  They also put down sod on two areas where they pulled out pavers but wasn't covered by the new decking.  The poor guys had 2 HUGE limestone rocks to contend with as we couldn't find a good place to relocate them.  The broke them up with sledge hammers and hauled off most of it.  I kept some of the pieces for placement in the mulch beds.
