Unfortunately, shortly after the initial installation, the liner we had purchased separately (not supplied by BPS) developed a major tear due to a defect. Even though this issue was completely unrelated to BPS, we reached out to Victor, and he went above and beyond to help. Victor was incredibly understanding and had his team return the very next day after our replacement liner arrived — less than a week after the tear occurred. To our surprise and appreciation, he did not charge us the full price for the second installation, even though BPS was in no way responsible for the faulty liner. BPS was a pleasure to work with during what was otherwise a very stressful situation. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help truly stood out.
