"Jason showed up on time and provided a good estimate, answering all our questions, as well as problem solving our scenario. When the work was done the workers were able to accomplish everything in one day, which was great for the size of the job. They were very focused on minimizing the mess and cleaning up afterwards. The job was very professional, and the workers were as well. We really felt they consulted us just the right amount during installation as if we were a part of the decision-making, but not overwhelming us. Post install there was one issue that arose and they came back next day to solve the problem. No problems since then. We have been up and running for several months, and our house feels great inside."

We started out working with the company and the owner, Bill, on our landscape projects for firepits, grills and outdoor kitchens (we own a landscape install company). We have also used Evergreen Gas for our personal gas needs around our home and had them install gas to our outdoor firepit, grill and most recently they converted an indoor wood burning fireplace to an easy to use + beautiful gas fireplace with an awesome look and custom log set. "I had a furnace and air conditioning installed. I was very impressed by this company. The bid was very reasonable and Shannon walked me through my options (I have uneven heating). The installers were prompt, courteous and stayed until the work was completed (7:30pm). They even fixed and replaced duct work that was not part of the bid and did not charge me more for it. I will use this company for any heating/cooling/plumbing issues in the future. Too bad they don't work on patios and fences!"

"Columbia Heating and Cooling were by far the most knowledgeable and professional company I had an estimate from. The owner, the service techs, and the guys who do the installation were all nice people and easy to work with -- they were careful and thorough, and happy to answer all my questions and problem-solve with me about optimizing our HVAC system. We live in an older house, and they improved airflow to the upper level, added return vents, and advised me on realistic energy saving. They also ran a blower door test. They were so good that when our water heater started to fail, I had them do the replacement. They offer competitive prices and in my experience they spend the extra time with the customer that makes all the difference. I didn't see them as just doing their job -- I saw them as helping me."
