"It was amazing to have the level of courtesy and professionalism from them. I called around 10am, had a tech out shortly after noon on same day, which all other places were days or weeks out. Norman was polite and extremely knowledgeable on the operating system and was able to fix a factory loose connection in a matter of minutes. The place I purchased unit from would not come out until middle of next month, so that shows the level of service they offer to their own customers. Well worth the service call fee which was considerable less than 3 other places I had called and was told several days/weeks. Will definitely suggest and use them myself should I need any other appliance repairs. Thank You Norman for being an Honest man for fixing problem instead of trying to suggest/sell unnecessary parts. Gives me hope that honesty and integrity still exists in this world."

"He did not have the parts needed to complete the repair. I paid $140 down and will pay another $140 when the parts come in to be installed. There are several parts needed and the labor is also figured into the total cost. I'm saving about $100.00 by not buying a new unit. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. His company is one of the few that work on microwaves."

"We purchased a range hood for our stove and needed someone to do the installation. Jason was the man for the job. He responded right away, showed up at the agreed upon time, installed the range hood with a quick trip to Home Depot for the plug (not included) and cleaned up after the work, and the price was reasonable. We're very satisfied and recommend him."

"They tried fixing the old one first but that didn't work.  Gave me a discount and replaced it with a higher graded toilet than the one that was there. They were efficient, courtesy, and gave me the best deal possible, no questions asked.  Will definitely use them again in the future."

"I left a message on the KSM website for a callback after 5pm in the evening. Kevin Meek contacted me
immediately. He was able to schedule the replacement the very next morning. The job was completed by 1pm the next day. Workers showed up on time and got right to work. The service was Excellent and the replacement was completed in under 3 hours. I was also very impressed on how the workers didn't make a mess of my home during the installation and cleaned up right away after the job was finished. All of my questions were answered completely during and after the installation was finished. I will definitely contact KSM again for any repairs or replacements needed in the future.

"Leland did a great job.  He warned me ahead of time that I would possibly be without water for 1 night, which did occur.  I was concerned about the dirt and dust from the jack hammer and digging, but he somehow managed to keep everything neat and well-swept.  He has done work for me several times, and is always punctual, and usually his final bill is below his estimate.  He and his crew are always polite and friendly.  The day he was replacing the main pipe into the house it was very cold and windy; when he called me at work with an update his teeth were chattering it was so cold --- I asked him why he didn't go inside the house to warm up and he said it was because he didn't want to get any dirt inside my house.  I would definitely use his services again because he does a thorough job, well beyond the minimum requirements."

"I have relied on Ole's Appliance Repair for more than 16 years for all of my appliance issues. Patrick has regularly proven himself to be efficient, reliable and honest. Today, he performed at $200 repair that saved me from spending close to $2000 for a new refrigerator to replace my 16 year old model. I trust his reasonable advice about when it's worth repairing something and when it's not.  I recommend him without reservation.
