"Initially, I met with Mr. Canales and reviewed the project requirements. We required new roofs on two adjacent sheds. This required removing the old shingle, removing the existing plywood roofs, the installation of new plywood, headers, soffitt wood work and installation of new architectural asphalt shingle. Mr. Canasles was knowledgeable, extremely professional and provided an estimate within a week. Once the contract was signed, he had a crew out in about a week. They completed the work in one day!. The owner called me and I guess there was a misunderstanding between myself and the gentleman who gave me the initial estimate. He was under the impression that they did not do gutters. It turned out that they did do gutters and the owner made them come back out and do the job for free due to the misunderstanding. The owner's name was Keith and he made sure they did more than I originally asked for. They were very nice and I was really shocked that they would do something like that for me because I really needed it done. They repaired my soffits for me and they even re-attached the aluminum siding as well. They were very punctual, neat and nice."
