They did call to confirm the installation appointment and were prompt and courteous. However, they had forgotten to bring their vacuum which they needed to clean up the broken glass and had to borrow a dustpan and broom. The glass clean up was in the contract. They also did not have the tools to adjust the sliding door and had to borrow mine. They did not adjust it properly, making it hard to slide. Had to readjust it myself to get it to work properly. <br />"
