"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"We decided to replace all windows and sliding door in our 60 year old house. We searched the Craigslist and found RSU Construction LLC and now decided to leave my positive reference on the Angie List.
 Arthur Shchukin came out and spent his time measuring and explaining options for window installation. He gave us a reasonable bid for labor. We agreed that all material he will purchase, he will be giving us all receipts back (so we can keep track on materials). We were very happy with the bid and signed the contract. The installation crew was very professional, thorough, hard working, and personable. They were at our house for a week, arrived promptly (even worked evenings and weekend), and always cleaned up before leaving.
We purchased the casing and molding materials and he did excellent carpenter?s job, also his team crew professionally painted them. We are totally satisfied and the installation is a major improvement (both functionally and visually) to our house.

It's two brothers, Jed and Gill Lancaster, that carry on the traditions of our late father, James Lancaster CCB#8096, J&G Wallboard. by offering prompt, professional construction services to our community. We did insulation, nailing sheetrock, finish work, (mudding), texture, primer, and painting. We also specialized in doing sheetrock repairs or "patches" and could match any existing texture patterns. Siding, windows, doors, flooring, and more. We can fix low spots in your floor from settling. If you have new appliances, we can install them. Dry rot is not a problem. We have built several decks and brought some up to code for earthquakes. Roofing is fun when you have a good partner like my brother. Also, we keep our work spaces clean and don't mind taking off our shoes if necessary.
