They protected the work spaces with plastic from my garage to the crawl space opening in side my closet. They went to work and kept me informed about the progress. "We had water coming in under the base board of our guest bedroom, and it took 5 weeks to figure out where it was coming from.  We had a plumber come over 2 different times, and 3 different roofers try to figure out where in the heck the water was coming from... Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people.
