"I saw their website and contacted them with a submission form. I received a call the very next day. Rick, the owner, asked me specific questions of what I was looking for. As well he gave his professional input. Within 24 hours I had a quote which was much less than expected. <br /> <br /> A couple of days later we signed the contract. He did not include the building permit but walked me through each step of obtaining one and even went out of his way to pick it up for me. <br /> <br /> Once the permit was in hand, they were off and building. It took 4 days. Seriously......4 DAYS!!!! It was absolutely amazing. <br /> <br /> We will definately use them again for future projects."

"Lot of things not well done. nails that were not attached to anything. Damaged siding panels. Damaged 2 by 4's. Window that wasn't centered properly. Grass that was nailed in with some boards--not sure how they managed that one. The door doesn't shut quite tight. They really talk about quality and I think it was just talk. They did respond to my request for changing the door style immediately and the orientation of the building. They were a nice couple of guys that did their job cheerfully. They managed to get me in without too long of a wait time."

"We had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Keaton and his team. We've worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and KDE was exceptional in all regards. When we started gathering bids for our tiny home / art studio project, Keaton stood out right away through his prompt and clear communication. Keaton was willing to adapt the scope of their work to fit our specific needs and budget. His crew were always very respectful of our family, really a joy to have working at our place, and definitely trustworthy.
