They sent a crew out and within 2 hours we had nice new seamless gutters and downspouts. The proof is in the workmanship, because it stormed Tuesday evening after they hung them. It took a month from signing the contract for the team to be able to schedule our small project but it was worth the wait. The team arrived as scheduled and completed all work much more quickly than I thought they would. They were professional and I hardly knew they were working on my roof. After they finished the repair they had me come out to look and asked if there were any other areas on the roof where I had concerns or had noticed leaks. I had none but the roofer proceeded to check the remainder of my roof anyway and fixed a few small "cracks" as he saw them. It's amazing to have a company come to do the job I paid for and then to go above and beyond the contract to make sure my roof was in good condition!

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

"Very prompt initial phone call return - has materials delivered on scheduled. Work crew very good - Hardworking from start to finish. Did not require payment until job was complete and satisfactory. Now the rain will tell the rest of the story.

UPDATE-6/6/15: 

Earlier this spring, the roof began to peel and blow off. It wasn't properly secured at the edges. I called Bazell to come fix it, and they came and fiddled with it, but didn't really do much of anything helpful. Consequently, the roof has started leaking in places. He indicated to us initially that the roof should last us a good 20 years or so, but we've called and called, and he hasn't returned to really fix it. I don't think it would realistically take much more than $30 or so to repair it adequately with screws and washers."

"Outstanding from start to finish. Stripped off the old roof, they kept everything picked up as it came off the roof. Put down plywood,drip edge, underlayment, pipe boots, flashing, shingles,and a ridge vent. He had a great team everything was done in timely manner. Nothing left at all to be picked up. Very happy with the work and will be calling them again when I need any work done."

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
