"The work was done the same day, very professional knowledgeable plumbers. The price seemed on the high side but the water heater and the pan under it were leaking so I needed to have work done quickly."

"I called the office and setting up an estimate time was fast and simple. Andrew came to my house on time and gave me a couple of cost options to complete the work. After I decided which one, he completed the repair and ensured that everything worked properly. Throughout the entire experience, they provided great communication."

"They took care of the removal and replacement of our water heater in a very timely matter and were very courteous."

"The consultation visit was great. Mr. Lott was knowledgeable and went over the options. The installation team was great. Friendly, clean and did a great job. My only issue is that we reviewed where the tankless water heater was being installed including the electrical outlet, yet I had to use an extension cord to plug the unit in after installation. Now I am going to have move the electrical for the unit. For the price I paid I would have expected this to be done for me."

"The folks from Williams Comfort Air were punctual, professional and efficient in evaluating my water heater, installing a new water heater and removing old equipment along with an old non-functioning water softener. Excellent experience."

"Everything went great! Luckily when i called him, he wasn't too far from me. He told me when he finished the job he was on, he would be right over, even though he had other jobs scheduled for the day. I recall him saying "you have sewage backing up into your house, I can't have you like that!" He called his other appointment and told them he was going to be late and came and fixed my emergency on his way to the next job. AND he didn't charge any more for it being an emergency call out! Unlike another company we had out in the past, he stayed until we made sure we ran enough water to know that it wasn't going to come back into the house. And he charged less than a company we had come out on home warranty, and was more professional and cleaned up after himself. All in all a GREAT experience, and he will be the first call I make in the future if the need arises!"

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"He was very nice to talk with and repaired our washing machine. He even helped sweep the water out."
