"TLDR - Took my deposit and NO-SHOWED THE JOB 3 TIMES! All I have is a leaky roof and a useless warranty since they took my deposit and did not bother to show up. I have to say that working with this team has been absolutely brutal from the jump - getting a hold of Evan or even Sydney has been a nightmare. I just bought our home and the warranty of the old owner?s roof transferred to me. It?s a new roof so obviously I would want to work with the warranty; however, this has proven to not be so easy. Our roof had a leak at the beginning of August around our skylights. I decided I wanted to roof over them and called Big Buckle since using another contractor would void our warranty. Not only was it like pulling teeth to get Evan out here to look at the roof initially (I would have worked with another company at that point but since the warranty was with them I felt like my hands were tied) but they ended up no-showing three separate times while having my money for this project. Useless. "

Our second project was an old condo in a retirement community, we got several quotes as it was a big task. Sold the property very well 2 years after remodeled. It’s was stunning! "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They came out and replaced my roof in February. It has leaked 5 times since then. Instead of fixing the roof, they?ve added about 2 gallons of caulking around the ac unit. I told them it would still leak, they said no, and then it leaked again. And again. And again. And again. And again. I told them the water damage indoors would make my 40 pound ceiling light fall, they said no. The next morning it fell 14 feet about a foot away from my head. I had another leak last week (not shocking at all considering half the shingles are not laid properly, and they just ?fixed it? by slopping sealant all over a ?brand new roof?). This time they refused to fix the water damage inside, and PAINTED OVER the bubbling paint and damaged drywall. They never paid me for the light fixture, never fixed the tiles in my kitchen that got broken from the light falling. They never fixed my roof and they didn?t fix the water damage inside. I paid 20k for a new roof only to have ext"

"One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brotherâ s Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to "known" brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. "Very good experience! Orville, Martin, and their painting crew were top-notch. Initially we were somewhat skeptical that our house could be painted in only 2 days with professional quality results. But once a couple of initial delays were overcome, the work was indeed completed in 2 days and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the fascia and trim, to the entry, security, and garage doors, to an attached storage shed, the speed and end quality was/is impressive. A shout out here to Mario of Martin's crew.
