"Service plumber arrived on site, on time and was ready to begin. He was friendly and professional. He was fully aware of the problem and what needed to be done. He acquired the necessary parts and changed them accordingly as proficient as possible. Our bathroom sink drain issue was completely resolved and ready. Thank you Eric for a great job!"

"This is a family owned small business. They are friendly, professional, punctual, and really know their stuff. All at a very fair price. My AC had been getting worse every year until last year. HVAC Utor came out and fixed it. It ran better than ever before. This year it was just blowing air so I called again. Same great service as last year. Rachel kept me informed so I knew when they would be here. The problem turned out to be the new thermostat I had installed a couple of months ago. Diego had it figured out and fixed in 15 minutes. I can't say enough good about this company and the people who run it. They're the best!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I got a bid from Atlas, but then met Oren, who beat their price but with a better unit, including all the asbestos abatement. He's a super nice guy who keeps his promises: He had a crew ready to begin immediately--and all of these chaps were The Best. Prompt, efficient, clean, nice (they even helped carry me carry groceries from my car)! We did't expect this big expense out of the blue, but couldn't be happier with the unit, with Oren, and with all his guys."

"Went well; however the vendor does not do much audio visual or internet work."

"The work is fine. Highly recommend. He did a good job on multiple projects he did on 2 buildings. It involved replacing furnaces and sheet metal duct."

"I had an initial meeting with Dan when he came to inspect all of the heating duct and vents to make sure that they were not damaged and he could proceed with cleaning - very reassuring. I then received a call to schedule the cleaning. Dan is a very profession and personable young man who did an excellent job and was able to answer my questions and provide recommendations to improve the air quality in my home. Excellent first impressions and I hope to continue using this company in the future."

"Will was responsive and communicated well and did a great job with a quick leaky 2nd floor window repair. I'll hire them again."

"Excellent Job!!! They work on my furnace really professional and clean."

"3 days before an impending cold front, my furnace just stopped working on a Sunday!  I called Supreme and the technician was available to come out later that day.  Every other company I called didn't even answer the phone, even those that claimed to have weekend hours.  He arrived at the time he estimated (even a little early) and was very friendly and professional.  He did not find an obvious problem but after thoroughly evaluating the unit and adjusting some wires, the heat began to flow.  He waited for some time to ensure it was indeed working and took pictures of the inside of my unit so that if it stopped working, he would be prepared to come back with specific replacement parts that might be needed.
I was very impressed and would definitely call Supreme again
